San Francisco Theta Alumnae

Young Alumnae Group

Happy Hours | The Young Alumnae group likes to plan happy hours and other events as a way to spend time getting to know other Young Thetas in the area while exploring the city. We are always looking for new ideas so if you are interested in planning a Young Alumnae happy hour or event, please let us know.

Book Club | The Young Alumnae formed a small book club that has now expanded to whole chapter! We meet about once a quarter to discuss a book chosen at the prior meeting.  Previous books have included The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin, Three Stages of Amazement by Carol Edgarian, How Did You Get this Number by Sloane Crosley, and Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close by Jonathan Safran Foer.

Club meetings are casual with potluck style appetizers, light-bites, and beverages. Members rotate taking turns hosting the meetings at their homes or apartments around the city. If you are interested in hosting a book club, please email us.
